Harald Hiller
President & CEO of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group
Harald Hiller has been President & CEO of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group since 2016 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire group of companies. He is also part of the DexKo Leadership Team. Harald Hiller has an overall track record of almost 30 years in the top management of technology groups. Before then he was responsible for the European and international business of AL-KO Vehicle Technology from 2006. Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President of Logistics and Production for AL-KO Vehicle Technology in Europe (1999-2006) and Vice President of the main plants in Kötz (1996-1999). Harald Hiller began his career as head of production and electronics production at Mannesmann Tally and technical director at Heidolph Instruments. He holds degrees in engineering and industrial engineering from the Ulm and Rendsburg Universities of Applied Science.
Markus Siegner
COO of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group
Markus Siegner has been Chief Operating Officer of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group since 2020. His tasks include the management, control and organisation of all company processes in the areas of production, quality, logistics and purchasing across the globe. The production site managers throughout the group of companies also report directly to him. Markus Siegner previously worked for over 20 years at the international lighting group OSRAM AG as Global Head of Operations as well as Head of Manufacturing and Purchasing for one of the business entities. Markus Siegner graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a degree in mechanical engineering and completed an MBA course at the Universities of Augsburg and Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania/USA) while working.
